Agent Seven provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. When you subscribe, we create a custom AI receptionist trained on your business information that answers calls, captures lead details, and sends you alerts via SMS and email.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to Agent Seven, you agree to the following:
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:
The $7.00 trial fee is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Once a monthly billing cycle begins, you are responsible for that month's subscription fee. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you cancel during your 7-day trial period, no further charges will be applied. We encourage you to test the service thoroughly during your trial to ensure it meets your needs.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our AI answering service depends on third-party providers (telephony, AI models, transcription) and occasional downtime may occur. We are not liable for missed calls due to technical outages beyond our control.

Call recordings, transcripts, and caller information are stored securely and only accessible to you (the account owner) and our system for service delivery. We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties. You are responsible for complying with any applicable call recording disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.
Agent Seven is an AI-powered service and may occasionally make errors. We are not liable for any lost business, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the current billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
