Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Agent Seven provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. When you subscribe, we create a custom AI receptionist trained on your business information that answers calls, captures lead details, and sends you alerts via SMS and email.

2. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to Agent Seven, you agree to the following:

• A $7.00 USD trial fee is charged at the time of signup for a 7-day trial period.
• On day 8 of your trial, your selected plan's monthly subscription fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
• If you cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee. The $7 trial fee is non-refundable.
• Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month after the trial period.
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
• Available plans: Lite ($97/mo), Pro ($197/mo), Growth ($347/mo), Scale ($597/mo). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Stripe may offer payment methods including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize Agent Seven to charge your payment method for the trial fee and recurring subscription charges as described above.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will retain full access to your AI agent until your billing period ends.
• After cancellation, your AI agent will stop answering calls and your phone number may be released.
• You can resubscribe at any time to reactivate your service.

4. Refund Policy

The $7.00 trial fee is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Once a monthly billing cycle begins, you are responsible for that month's subscription fee. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If you cancel during your 7-day trial period, no further charges will be applied. We encourage you to test the service thoroughly during your trial to ensure it meets your needs.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our AI answering service depends on third-party providers (telephony, AI models, transcription) and occasional downtime may occur. We are not liable for missed calls due to technical outages beyond our control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agent Seven for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Generating spam calls or messages
• Misrepresenting your business or services to callers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Data & Privacy

Call recordings, transcripts, and caller information are stored securely and only accessible to you (the account owner) and our system for service delivery. We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties. You are responsible for complying with any applicable call recording disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agent Seven is an AI-powered service and may occasionally make errors. We are not liable for any lost business, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
